2013 AGM Notice

***Saturday November 23 at 10am at the Commonwealth Oval clubhouse***

All Committee positions will be declared vacant at Willowburn's upcoming AGM.

We all know how strong a position our club is in on the field, but we have also made some solid progress off the field in recent years. We occupy a wonderful facility, are in a stable financial position and are well on our way towards gaining Level 1 NCAS accreditation. We have supportive sponsors, new strips across the board, and strong Colts and Fillies coming through the ranks ready to carry on the Club's legacy.

Like all clubs, we also face challenges. Our junior club needs to attract more players and we need to assist our coaches in their ongoing development. We need to improve our collection of player registration fees and our approach to the Division 1 comp needs to evolve. There will doubtless be other new challenges that arise over the coming year.

So now is the perfect opportunity for you to put your hand up and play your part in supporting the club that has supported you. The more the merrier in our view, it would be great to have representation from Senior Men, Ladies, Colts, Fillies and Juniors. Ask yourself what you can do to strengthen our Club further next year, and drop Derek Tuffield a line at (insert contact details here) if you would like to nominate yourself, someone else, or if you have any other good ideas.
